Regulations and conditions of use for Praia Formosa Camping services.
1. Identification
This document regulates the terms and conditions of use of the services provided by Praia Formosa Camping, operated by:

2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or in person.
- Confirmation after payment of minimum 30% deposit
- Remaining payment until check-in
Cancellation Policy:
- +30 days: Full refund
- 15-30 days: 50% refund
- -14 days: No refund
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
Staying beyond check-out time without authorization may result in additional charges.
4. Use of Facilities
Users must respect the rules of:
- Coexistence, hygiene and safety
- Fires prohibited outside designated areas
- Quiet hours: 11:45 PM to 7:00 AM
- Pets allowed with prior authorization
5. Accommodation
- Bungalows delivered clean with bed linen
- Linen change included for stays +4 nights
- Maximum capacity cannot be exceeded
- Damages charged to the reservation holder
6. Camping Area
- Tents/caravans only in designated areas
- Keep space clean and collect trash
- Electricity subject to availability
7. Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for losses/theft
- Right to refuse entry for rule violations
- Exceptional measures in case of force majeure
8. Additional Services
Available subject to availability:
- Bar and restaurant
- Equipment rental (bicycles, surfboards, scooters)
- Sports activities and themed events
Users must comply with specific conditions for each activity.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and is exclusively intended for:
- Stay management
- Customer communication
10. Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the court of Vila do Porto has jurisdiction, with waiver of any other.
