Rules and conditions governing the use of services at Praia Formosa Camping.
1. Identification
This document governs the terms and conditions for the use of services provided by Praia Formosa Camping, operated by:

2. Scope
These terms govern the conditions for booking, use, and stay at the Praia Formosa Camping facilities.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is only valid after payment is completed
⚠️ Notice: Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled.
4. Season Definitions
June 1 through September 30
October 1 through May 31
5. Cancellations, Modifications and No-show
- Full payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking
- All bookings are final and non-refundable
- Cancellations, modifications, no-shows or early departures do not entitle the guest to any refund or credit
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking
- 10% of the total booking value is always non-refundable
- Cancellation with more than 14 days notice: 20% of the total amount refunded
- Cancellation with 14 days or less notice: no refund
- No-show or early departure: no refund
6. Booking Modifications
Any modification is subject to availability.
⚠️ Notice: A modification may result in cancellation of the original booking and the application of the corresponding penalties.
7. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
⚠️ Notice: Exceeding the check-out time will result in a charge for an additional night.
8. Campsite
- Tents and caravans may only be set up in designated areas
- Keep the space clean and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins
- Electricity for tents and caravans is subject to availability
9. Rules of Use
- Guests must observe the campsite's rules on coexistence, hygiene, safety, and operations
- Bungalows are delivered clean with bed linen included; linen change is included for stays longer than 4 nights
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy per accommodation is strictly prohibited
- Open fires and barbecues outside designated areas are prohibited
- Quiet hours: 11:45 PM to 7:00 AM
- Pets are allowed only with prior authorization and under the full responsibility of their owners
⚠️ Serious violations: May result in immediate removal from the premises with no right to a refund.
10. Liability
- Praia Formosa Camping is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings
- Any damage caused to bungalows or equipment will be charged to the person who made the booking
11. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural events, official orders, etc.), exceptional measures may be taken, including temporary closure.
⚠️ In force majeure events, no compensation will be owed.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is used exclusively for managing stays and communicating with guests.
13. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vila do Porto, with the waiver of any other jurisdiction.
