Return and Refund Policy for Rentals and Activities at Praia Formosa Camping

Paraíso Matizado, Lda.
More than 30 Days in Advance
If the client cancels their reservation with more than 30 days in advance from the start date of the rental or activity, Paraíso Matizado, Lda. will refund the full amount of the reservation, not being responsible for any additional costs that the client may have incurred.
15 to 30 Days in Advance
If the cancellation is made with 15 to 30 days in advance, Paraíso Matizado, Lda. will refund 50% of the reservation value, not assuming responsibility for any additional costs from the client.
Less than 14 Days in Advance
Cancellations made with less than 14 days in advance are not entitled to any refund.

All cancellations must always be requested in writing (via email or other formal means)
Partial Cancellations
If the cancellation is partial, referring only to some days of the reserved period, the same proportional policy applies to the cancelled days.
Company Responsibility
If the reservation cancellation is the responsibility of Paraíso Matizado, Lda., the client will be refunded in full, without prejudice to any additional costs that the client may have been involved in.
Exceptional Cases
These conditions may be altered in exceptional cases, through prior and express agreement between the parties, such as in promotional campaigns.
