House Rules
These rules apply to all guests, visitors, and users of the campsite. Entering the premises constitutes full acceptance of these regulations.
Management reserves the right of admission and stay within the limits permitted by law.
- Entry or continued stay may be refused to anyone who compromises safety, tranquility, hygiene, or public order
- A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in
Unaccompanied minors under 18 are not permitted to enter, check in, or remain on the premises without a parent, legal guardian, or an expressly designated responsible adult.
- The accompanying adult assumes full civil and disciplinary responsibility for the minor's behavior, safety, and compliance with these rules
- During events, festivals, or peak periods, management may require a signed responsibility declaration and additional documentation
- Management reserves the right to refuse admissions it deems inadequate for the protection and safety of minors
- All guests must complete the mandatory check-in registration as required by law
- The lead guest on the reservation is responsible for all associated occupants
- Transferring the reservation to third parties without management authorization is prohibited
Quiet hours are in effect between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Loud noise, excessive use of sound equipment, and unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited
- Any conduct that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated
- Repeated violations may result in immediate removal from the campsite
The use or possession of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Management may require the immediate departure of anyone who is intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or poses a risk to others
- Bringing alcohol for uncontrolled group consumption may be restricted during special events
Entry of external visitors may require prior management authorization.
- Guests are responsible for their visitors' behavior while on the premises
All guests must comply with the safety instructions issued by management.
- Open flames including campfires, candles, flammable materials, and unauthorized equipment are prohibited inside or near the bungalows
- In case of emergency, everyone must follow the instructions of the campsite team
- Use only the designated barbecue areas, where available
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the facilities, equipment, or third parties.
- The lead guest on the reservation is jointly liable for the actions of all associated occupants
- Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, provided the following rules are observed:
- Owners are entirely responsible for any damage caused by their pets
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public or shared areas
- Please clean up after your pet
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please do not smoke inside the bungalows or in covered common areas.
Parties and events are only permitted with prior management authorization.
Unauthorized events may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, with no right to a refund.
- Please leave all dishes washed and put away
- Remove all trash and dispose of it in the appropriate containers
- Notify reception of any damage or maintenance needs
Personal data collected during the reservation and check-in process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
- Data may be shared with competent authorities whenever legally required
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the following measures:
In the event of removal due to rule violations, no refund will be issued.
